FESTIVE MENU

Enjoy Glasshouse’s festive set-menu throughout the month of December to kick-start your Christmas celebrations. Enjoy an amuse bouche of wood-fired garlic flat bread, before indulging in a selection of sharing starters including applewood smoked salmon, beef carpaccio and pumpkin velouté. For main course, choose between the festive classic – a stuffed roast turkey leg with all the trimmings, robata grilled beef tenderloin, herb-crusted roasted Atlantic salmon or wild mushroom tortellini. For dessert, Glasshouse has added a twist to a popular classic – adding a hint of spice to its baked chocolate fondant, finished with minced pie ice cream.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

Welcome 2020 with a dinner to remember from Glasshouse’s NYE menu. For the early birds, the first sitting will begin at 8pm, and diners will be invited to choose from a selection of dishes to construct their own three-course meal for the evening. Starters will include burrata crostini, salmon carpaccio or pumpkin velouté. The main event will consist of a choice of three dishes, from robata beef short ribs, tandoori baby chicken or mushroom tortellini. Finish the night on a sweet note with Glasshouse’s baked chocolate fondant, or for a lighter option, opt for the selection of refreshing sorbets. Throughout the evening, diners can enjoy entertainment from Soho’s resident DJs and headline act, Dixon. Those in the later sitting will also have a dazzling view of the Burj Khalifa fireworks when the clock strikes midnight!

Price: 8pm sitting is priced at Dhs350 per person, 10:30pm sitting is priced at Dhs450 per person. Both dining packages must be attached to the Dhs799 per person drinks package, which includes all-night house beverages.

SOHO GARDEN FRIDAY BRUNCH

Launching in December, the Soho Garden Friday brunch will serve up international cuisine in a live-station and buffet style. From fresh seafood to cold cuts, and wood-fired pizzas to a dedicated hot-dog station, there are plenty of stations to explore during the four-hour Friday affair. By the time the clock hits 5pm and the sun is starting to fade, the Soho Garden after-party is just getting started, where guests can expect to find live acts and headline DJs taking to the stage. To mark the launch on 6 December, a Café Mambo party will take over Soho Garden with DJ Meduza as the headline act.
