CHRISTMAS DINNER

When? December 24th and 25th
The five-course Menu di Natale commences with an amuse bouche of cannolo di lasagna (fried cannolo with beef ragu), followed by choice of Potato foam with mixed seafood salad or Wagyu beef tartare with foie gras, raspberry gel and beef jus for antipasto. For Primi, you can choose between the homemade ravioli capon and clarified broth or the spaghetti with clams and bottarga. The menu caters to pescatarians with baked turbot, artichoke, truffle and zucchini for Secondi, while meat-lovers can tuck into roasted turkey with porcini mushroom and polenta. End with Roberto’s special Christmas dessert.

CHRISTMAS BRUNCH

When? December 20th and 27th
Gather loved ones and get into the spirit with this festive-themed brunch. Tuck into sharing-style antipasto favourites including burrata with ripe vine tomatoes, fresh basil, baccala fritto, Roberto’s pizza with beef carpaccio rocket, truffle, tuna tartare, insalata di rinforzo, and alici marinate. For Primo, share the homemade ravioli and risotto with mixed seafood, followed by Secondi which include roasted octopus, citrus-marinated roasted black cod with broccoli, seabass cooked in datterino tomatoes with French beans. The Carne selection features a selection of dishes such as oven baked lamb with rosemary potatoes, roasted turkey, charcoal-grilled Angus rib eye stuffed bell peppers; while vegetarian options comprise melanzane (an oven-baked eggplant in terracotta cocotte with tomato sauce), caprino (breaded goat cheese with beetroot, carpaccio, asparagus and caramelized pecan nuts) and lasagna. The restaurant’s traditional Christmas dessert will make sure you leave on a sweet note.
