Unlike many Dubai outlets, Friday is not the only day when Nikki Beach Dubai brings its best entertainment and dining. During the brunch, there are inventive mixed drinks and a buffet with Nikki Beach Global favorites, while after brunch guests can continue the party poolside or just chill out on one of the comfortable sun loungers.

Daniel grew up in Johannesburg and discovered his love for cooking at a young age. When he was just eighteen, Daniel began his first culinary appointment under the tutelage of esteemed restaurateur, Wolfgang Wollauz at The Courier Restaurant in Parkview, Johannesburg. Voted one of South Africa’s top restaurants, it was here that he learnt the foundations of the hospitality industry and found his passion for fine cuisine.
In 2005, Daniel made the pivotal move to London where he immersed himself in the world of British fine dining. He began his culinary journey as Chef De Partie at Delfina Restaurant in London Bridge, before moving to the trendy Whitechapel Dining Room, where he was Sous Chef for two years.
Dubai pulled Daniel to start a new chapter in 2013 when he joined J&G Steakhouse, one of the signature specialty restaurants at The St. Regis Dubai. As Chef de Cuisine he enjoyed two years with J&G Steakhouse ensuring success as part of the preopening team. Daniel has since joined Nikki Beach Dubai as Assistant Director of Culinary Creations, bringing with him diverse and varied expertise ensuring nothing short of excellence in his creations.
